QC Support For Mould-To-Production Programs

Quality control here supports custom closure projects—not generic trading without process oversight.

FANXUN CAP quality control workshop — Zone 04 inspection area

After mould approval and injection production, closures pass through defined IQC, IPQC, and finished-goods checks before batch release. In addition, the same campus workflow keeps tooling, production, and quality review connected for buyer audits.

QC Workflow

From Production Run To Batch Release

  1. Incoming Material Inspection (IQC)

First, resins, components, and inputs are checked against agreed specs before they enter production lines.

  2. In-Process Quality Checks (IPQC)

Next, closures are monitored during injection and downstream handling against the buyer’s agreed requirements.

  3. Finished Goods Inspection

Then, dimensional, visual, and basic functional checks are completed before a batch is approved for release.

  4. Batch Release & Handoff

Finally, approved batches move to the Testing Center or shipment preparation with traceable QC records.

Buyer Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What QC checkpoints does FANXUN use for closure programs?

First, programs pass through IQC for incoming materials, IPQC during production, and finished inspection before batch release. In addition, all checks run on the same Guangzhou campus.

Can buyers review QC as part of a factory audit?

Yes. Quality control sits between Injection Molding and the Testing Center. As a result, audit paths can follow mould, production, QC, and testing in sequence.

Is QC separate from functional testing?

Yes. Quality control covers inspection and batch release. In contrast, torque, seal, and leak tests are handled in the Testing Center when required.

What should I share for a QC or production quote?

Share your application, closure specification, inspection requirements if known, and program scope. Then our team will confirm the right production and QC path.
