Workshop Profile

Integrated Cap Mould Engineering On Site

The mould workshop supports screw caps, flip-top closures, and application-specific plastic closure tooling. As a result, buyers can review mould capability and production readiness within the same factory audit.

FANXUN CAP mold workshop — Zone 02 manufacturing area

FANXUN CAP operates a dedicated mould workshop for plastic closure programs rather than outsourcing tooling stages. In addition, design review, machining, polishing, and mould trials stay under direct engineering control before production moulds move to injection molding.

For B2B buyers, this zone explains how cap moulds are developed for lubricant, chemical, food, and personal care packaging. For example, you can assess cavity layout, sealing geometry, and trial records before approving serial production.

Tooling Workflow

From Cap Mould Design To Production Approval

Cap mould programs move through defined engineering and machining stages on the Guangzhou campus. As a result, design intent, cavity quality, and trial results stay traceable for buyer review.

  1. Part & Mould Design Review

First, our engineers review closure geometry, draft, sealing features, and mouldability for the target application. Then we confirm cavity layout and material assumptions before machining starts.

  2. CNC Machining & EDM

Next, mould components are machined and finished through CNC and EDM workflows. In addition, critical sealing surfaces receive controlled polishing for consistent closure performance.

  3. Assembly & Mould Trial

After assembly, sample mould trials validate fill, part consistency, and basic functional fit. Therefore, revisions can be completed before serial production tooling is released.

  4. Approval & Handoff To Injection

Finally, approved production moulds transfer to the injection workshop for PP and PE closure programs. In addition, mould maintenance support remains available for long-run orders.

Buyer Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Does FANXUN manufacture cap moulds in-house?

Yes. Cap mould design, machining, polishing, and sample trials are handled within the integrated Guangzhou campus. In addition, approved production moulds move directly to the injection workshop on site.

Which closure types can the mould workshop support?

The workshop supports screw caps, flip-top closures, and custom plastic closure programs for lubricant, chemical, food, and personal care applications. For example, sealing geometry and cavity layout are matched to each buyer’s specification.

Can I start with a custom mould project only?

Yes. Buyers can begin with tooling-led programs through custom mould development before moving to bulk closure production. Then our team aligns mould trials with your target application and approval timeline.

What happens after mould approval?

After sample approval, production moulds transfer to the Injection Molding zone for serial runs. Therefore, buyers can continue the same audit path through QC, testing, and batch release.
